Riverside represents the whole spectrum of the Austrian Danube regions. We work with grapes (some highly aromatic, some less) from different terroirs in order to express our low intervention approach. Natural yeast, no filtration or juice manipulation result in vibrant freshness, expressive fruit and good tannin structure. Maturing in oak barrels and long maturation on fine lees provide for stability while using little SO2 only. Low sugar levels equal drinking pleasure and digestibility.
